What This Is

This is a program that supports individuals who experience emotions deeply and seek enhanced self-grounding. Weekly sessions are conducted within a calm, reflective environment designed to explore current experiences, mitigate shame associated with emotional sensitivity, and bolster self-trust. Utilizing a client-led, conversational approach, sessions provide gentle guidance and support focused on achieving steadiness and clarity, and fostering a more supportive relationship with self.

My Approach

My coaching approach is calm, reflective, and client-led.

I prioritize pacing, presence, and creating a grounded space where you do not need to perform or have things figured out.

Sessions focus on slowing things down, understanding what is happening internally, and building self-trust through gentle exploration rather than pressure or fixing. I offer guidance and perspective as needed, while honoring your autonomy and lived experience.

This work values steadiness over urgency, awareness over effort, and support that meets you right where you are.

The Program

This five-week, one-on-one coaching program offers steady, supportive guidance in a calm and contained way.

What is included:

Five weeks of one-on-one coaching.

Weekly 60–75 minute video sessions.

A no-pressure, relational, client-led approach.

Gentle integration between sessions (no heavy homework or "busy-work" assignments).

An optional additional session available separately, if desired.

The container is intentionally short-term and structured to support clarity, grounding, and self-trust without creating pressure or dependency.
