Welcome to The Harmony Roots Healing & Wellness Collective (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, coaching services, digital offerings, and any other services or content we provide through our platform hosted on Podia (the “Services”).

By using our Services in any way—including booking a session, purchasing a product, or browsing the website—you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional terms we may provide for specific offerings.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Services Overview

We currently offer:

• Private 1:1 coaching sessions

• Digital wellness products (e.g., workbooks, meditations, checklists)

• Email subscriptions for gentle wellness content

Coming soon:

• Self-paced courses

• Therapy services for residents in Arkansas, Maryland, Mississippi, Tennessee, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. (offered under a separate clinical practice)

All purchases are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for purchases made.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products and time-based services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase. If you experience issues accessing a product or session, please contact us at dealbreakerenterprises@gmail.com.

4. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching services offered through The Harmony Roots Healing & Wellness Collective are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or crisis intervention. While Chasity Deal is a licensed mental health professional, coaching services are separate from clinical therapy and intended for personal development and wellness support only.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our site and within our products—including text, graphics, audio, and downloadable files—is owned by The Harmony Roots Healing & Wellness Collective or used with permission. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm us or others. This includes:

• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior

• Attempting to access accounts or data without permission

• Sharing content from this site without permission
